According to the Australian Dental Association (ADA), about one-third of traumatic injuries to teeth are sports-related. Sports Medicine Association Australia suggests that 50% of children experience some form of dental injury. A custom fitted mouthguard can help prevent and reduce the risk of such injuries.
Our dentists will take an impression of your teeth and then they are able to make a mouthguard to fit your teeth which is both secure, cushioning and protective, yet allows you to talk and breath well while participating in your sporting activity.
